Prepayment of 30% of the total cost is required in order to confirm a reservation. In any case advanceprepayment cannot be less than 1 night’s
cost.
Guests should pay the rest of the total cost upon arrival.
– For cancellations at least 22 days before the arrival are not charged with cancellation fees (possible bank transfer cost is charged to guests).
– For cancellations later than 21 days before the arrival, and for non-show cases, you will be charged with the whole amount or your prepayment.
– For cancellations during your stay you will be charged with half the value of the remaining days of your reservation.
